Terms and Conditions for Festival Volunteers Only Raffle
Volunteer must be age 18 or older to enter raffle.
All Festival volunteers age 18 or older must have their complete record of Diocesan Mandated Clearances on file at the St. Margaret Mary Parish Office.
Volunteer must work a complete shift (2 hours minimum) during the official Festival hours of 4PM - 10PM on Friday, August 16 or Saturday, August 17 or during the set-up and tear-down portions of Festival week (electrical, clean-up, etc.).
1 entry to the Volunteer Raffle will be given per volunteer (age 18+) per completion of a 2 hour shift. Volunteers who work more than 2 hours will be given an additional entry ticket for every 2 hour volunteer shift that they complete.
No entry ticket given for completion of less than a 2 hour shift (i.e. working for 2 hours and 10 minutes is still only eligible for 1 entry).
Volunteers must be officially registered and must record the actual start and end time of their shift with the Chairperson of their Festival section.
Food vendors, ride operators, entertainment, and paid staff are not eligible for Volunteer Raffle Entry.
