Join us for a special Little Rock Scripture Study series titled LENT: Season of Transformation. Students will explore three key moments in the life and ministry of Jesus.

Class begins: Tuesday, March 1 and ends on Tuesday, March 29.
Time: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. or 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Too many people have a cold, impersonal faith. In Into His Likeness, Dr. Edward Sri shatters this view and leads us on a breathtaking journey into a personal relationship with Jesus. Into His Likeness provides an approachable but in-depth exploration of how to live as a disciple and experience the transformation Jesus wants to work in our lives.

Classes Meet: Thursdays starting March 3 and continuing for 6 weeks.

It is often through the deepest suffering that God teaches us the deepest lessons. As we trust Him through our trials, we come to a greater affirmation of His love and sovereignty. This study is based on a book by Elisabeth Elliot and will be led by Jamie Dillon.

Can’t make it to Stations in person? Start the video to view our recorded Stations of the Cross service from March 8, 2022 with Fr. Ken as the presider. Stations ends with roughly 15 minutes of Adoration and Benediction.

Lenten afternoon of reflection and prayer April 3 at St. Barbara Parish, Harrison City

The Ladies Guild of St. Barbara Parish, Harrison City, will host a Lenten afternoon of reflection and prayer Sunday, April 3, from 1-3 p.m. Deacon William M. Newhouse will be the presenter. Refreshments will be served. Reservations are due March 27 by calling 724-744-3171 or 724-744-1019.

Lenten series scheduled at St. James Parish, New Alexandria

St. James Parish, New Alexandria, will host a Lenten formation series for young adults and adults Tuesdays, March 8-29, from 6-7:30 p.m. in the social hall. The video program, “Symbolon – The Catholic Faith Explained,” is narrated by acclaimed author, speaker and theologian Dr. Edward Sri. Sri and 25 experts clearly and comprehensively explain the Catholic faith in a way that helps us to know it, live it and articulate it to others. Care will be provided for very young children.
